為了提供使用者良好的體驗，我為 chatbot 所產生的訊息撰寫具備「下一步指示行為」的 prompt。這與一般 UX writing 不同，我必須為語言模型設定清楚的指引，例如角色設定、參考行為來源、訊息呈現方式、字數限制、語氣風格、生成內容的範圍與限制等。經過多次測試與調整後，才能產出與我預期相符的文字。最終生成 JSON 格式的結果，交由 AI 工程師整合至 chatbot 系統中。
To ensure a seamless user experience, I crafted prompts for chatbot-generated messages that include clear next-step behavioral instructions. Unlike conventional UX writing, this required setting precise parameters for the language model—such as persona definition, reference behavior sources, message formatting, character limits, tone of voice, content scope, and constraints. These prompts were iteratively tested and refined to align closely with the intended copy style. The final output was structured in JSON format and handed off to AI engineers for integration into the chatbot system.
